Co-authored by Cape Town based Vanessa Malvcini Watch a herd of horses and you will see the power of collective group consciousness. Each individual within the herd contributes to the collective with their innate talents. Horse as Teacher, The Path to Relationship, brings together a herd of 10 horsewomen who teach and learn with the help of horses. Together in a collaborative collection, they share their stories and what they’ve learned through their relationships with these wonderful equine beings. “The appeal of these stories from persistent, patient women is in their authentic voices. Listening to and allowing the expression of the healing gifts horses offer through relationship deepens awareness and develops consciousness. This collection of stories offers us the opportunity to step into that world and experience what horses can teach us about relationship. Be ready to see relationships in a whole new way!” Barbara Rector ![]() You can buy this book for R200 including postage in SA: email Vanessa on vanessa©malvicini.org or call 073 3363536 or click here to message Vanessa on Neigh-Bours ![]() www.neigh-bours.co.za Where everybody knows your neigh.

Fortunately today much wonderful information on Horse Consciousness, such as the book advertised is easily available and shows how we can appreciate and learn more about horses on their level. This is a fascinating topic that enriches the life and lives of many people and should be shared with those who normally do not have contact with horses where possible. Thank you for a great website.

I think a book like this would be an awesome read to get people to find themselve through the amazing animal loke the Horse. I would most definetly want to get a copy for myself to read.

It begs us to ask the question - why are we "working" on relationships with our horses instead of just using them as sports accessories, what teachings do we have to receive from them for our own journeys. I should have just locked my office door yesterday and pretended to be in a meeting - I WANT TO GO HOME AND READ [ Edited Thu Jun 10 2010, 07:43AM ]

Talks to all of us who feel that our horses are partners, cry cushions, energy givers and problem solvers for our own issues and emotions. Amazing stories by women, who are not afraid to say that their relationship with their horse has little to do with performance and are open to explore their emotions and purpose is life. I would consider this a must read for anyone, who is interasted in equine facilitated healing and learning and all who feel "not in sync" with their instrcutors....
