* 13:00-13:30 SA Pony Rider Championships Highlights (TV)
From late June to early July, South Africa's top children riders (up to the age of 15), their ponies, grooms and families from all over South Africa will descend on Durban Shongweni Club in Assagay to compete at the South African Pony Rider National Championships 2012. Competitors will vie for individual honours in The South African Championship classes as well as for the opportunity to represent their province in Inter-Provincial Team Championships. The incentive for all competitors is the hope of becoming a South African Champion and being the recipient of the coveted trophies, SANEF Gold Medals as well as fantastic prizes offered by sponsors of the event. The event will host the annual Pony Rider Championships for Dressage, Equitation, Eventing, Jumping and Showing and this will provide the ideal opportunity for a family outing during the school holidays to watch top level children's equestrian sport in action.
